摘  要:PID控制系统的技术性能取决于系统控制器的控制参数。针对控制参数整定过程中各个技术指标之间的要求难以兼容的难题,提出了一种基于免疫原理的PID控制器参数整定方法。讨论了协调各技术指标关系的目标函数,描述了人体免疫系统与控制系统的对应关系,构建了基于免疫原理的控制参数整定模型,研究了具体的免疫控制算法。以二阶大滞后过程为控制对象,采用不同整定方法的仿真实验响应对比研究显示,基于免疫方法整定的控制参数,其系统响应时间快,系统调节时间短,系统超调量小,技术指标之间兼容性能比较好。研究结果表明,所提出方法是一种优化的PID控制参数整定算法。Technical performance of PID control system lies on the control parameter of system control er.Aimed at the puzzle that it would be difficult to be compatible with the demand among each technical index in the process of control parameter tuning,this paper proposed a sort of pa-rameter tuning method in PID control er based on immune principle.In this paper,it discussed the objective function to coordinate the relationship among each technical index,described the corresponding relationship between body immune system and control system,constructed the model of control parameter tuning based on immune principle,and studied on particular immune control algorithm.The paper took 2-order process with big lag as an example,the contrastive study of simulation experiment response,in which it adopted different tuning method,demonstra-ted that by using of tuned control parameter based on immune method,it is fast in system re-sponse time,short in system adjusting rime,smal in system overshoot,better in compatibility a-mong technical index.The research results show that the proposed method is a sort of optimizing algorithm for PID control parameter tuning.
