摘 要:针对复杂大系统工业底层难以实施数学建模控制的问题,探讨了一种基于智能策略的多模态控制方法。分析了复杂大系统的控制论特性,指出了复杂过程控制存在的难题,讨论了分解协调原理,将复杂过程分解为若干子过程,面向独立子过程,提出了基于多模态控制的智能策略,对工业底层的子过程构造了多模态控制算法。以惯性滞后过程为例进行仿真的比较实验。结果证明:采用多模态控制有比较好的动静态控制品质。研究结果表明提出的控制策略是合理与可用的。Aimed at the puzzle of being difficult to actualize control of building the math model in industrial bottom layer control for the complex large-scale process,the paper explored a sort of multimodal control strategy based on intel igent control.In the paper,it analyzed the cybernetics characteristic of complex large-scale process,pointed out the existent control puzzle in complex process control,discussed the principle of decomposition and coordination,divided the complex process into lots of sub-process,oriented to the independent sub-process,it proposed the intel i-gence strategy based on multimodal control and constructed the multimodal control algorithm for sub-process of industrial bottom layer.It took the inertia with lag process as an example,and the comparative experiment of simulation demonstrated that it would have better control quality in dy-namic and steady state by multimodal control.The research result shows that the proposed con-trol strategy is reasonable and applicable.
