摘　　要：企业除了承担资本收益最大化的经济责任之外,还应当担负法律责任、道德责任、慈善责任等社会责任。企业社会责任的担当意识,不但对自身发展来说是必要的,还会对公共危机管理的过程和结果产生重要的影响。从参与公共危机管理的需要出发,企业履行社会责任,要做到诚实守信,以人为本,同时,还要积极承担对自然的责任和参与慈善事业。Except for the economic responsibility of maximization of capital gain that enterprises should take, they also have the legal, moral and charity responsibilities, etc.. Sense of taking social responsibilities, which is the necessity for enterprises development, and it has important impact on public crisis management process and outcome. In the need of participating in public crisis management, enterprises have to fulfill their social responsibilities with honest and trustworthy, people oriented mind, besides, they have to take the responsibilities of nature and participate in charity.
