配加低w(Al_2O_3)精矿的烧结试验

摘  要:为降低高炉渣中w(Al2O3),采用烧结杯试验进行了配加低Al2O3精矿的烧结试验。结果表明:随着2种低w(Al2O3)精矿配比的增加,烧结矿的w(TFe)逐渐升高,烧结矿的w(Al2O3)逐渐降低;随着低铝精A配比从5%依次增加到10%、15%,烧结矿的w(TFe)从56.59%依次升高到56.65%、56.77%,w(Al2O3)从2.04%依次降低到1.87%、1.81%;随着低铝精B配比从5%依次增加到10%、15%,烧结矿的w(TFe)从56.40%依次升高到56.53%、56.62%,w(Al2O3)从2.04%依次降低到1.92%、1.83%。结合烧结矿的产量、质量指标分析得出,最佳配矿方案是低Al2O3精矿A的适宜配比范围为5%~10%,而低铝精B的适宜配比范围为10%~15%。In order to reduce w(Al2O3) of blast furnace slag, sintering experiments adding low w(Al2O3) concentrate were carried out using sintering pot test. The results showed as follows: with increase of the two low w(Al2O3) concentrate ratio, w(TFe) of sinter risen and w(Al2O3) of sinter reduced gradually. When the ratio of low w(Al2O3) concentrate A increased from 5% to 10%, 15% w(TFe) of sinter risen from 56.59% to 56.65%, 56.77% and w(Al2O3) reduced from 2.04% to 1.87%, 1.81% respectively. When the ratio of low w(Al2O3) concentrate B increased from 5% to 10%, 15%, w(TFe) of sinter risen from 56.40% to 56.53%, 56.62% and w(Al2O3) reduced from 2.04% to 1.92%, 1.83% . According to yield and quality index of sinter, the best scheme of ore matching for sintering was that the suitable matching range of low w(Al2O3) concentrate A was 5%~10%, and the suitable matching range of low w(Al2O3) concentrate B was 10%~15%.
