摘  要:为进一步了解柞蚕雄蛾的食用特性及药用价值,对柞蚕雄蛾的营养成分及其含量进行了测试和对比分析,结果表明:柞蚕雄蛾的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、矿质元素较为丰富,其中蛋白氨基酸的种类齐全;不饱和脂肪酸中亚油酸与亚麻酸的含量高于桑蚕雄蛾油,两者比例好于亚麻油、紫苏油及核桃油。In order to further know the edible characteristics and medical value of male moth of tussah, the nutri tion and the contents of male moth of tussah were determined and evaluated. The results show that the protein, fat, vitamin and mineral elements are rich in male moth,among which the amino acid are diversified; the linoleic acid and isolinolenic acid content in non-saturated acid are higher than silkworm moth oil, and the proportion of both are better than isolinolenie acid and perilla herb oil as well as walnut oil.
