摘  要:铝热连轧的轧制过程复杂,但良好的轧制规程是铝带材质量和轧机低功耗的有力保障。该文在轧制规程设定中提出以预防打滑为主的多目标函数,建立了基于最小二乘支持向量机的轧制力模型来取代传统模型,有效提高了轧制力预报的精度。并采用ABC(人工蜂群)算法对轧制规程进行优化,算法在初始化时引入了混沌序列以增强其遍历性,变量更新时采用了更合理的变尺度操作方法,不仅能够防止陷入局部极值点,而且可避免盲目搜索,大大提高了进化速度。该轧制规程在"1+4"铝热连轧改造现场精轧部分的应用中效果理想,对二级的设定计算具有指导意义。The rolling process of aluminum hot strip mill is very complex, so an advanced rolling schedule is a strong guarantee for the quality of aluminum strip and low power consumption of mill. This procedure set put forward multi-objective function to pre vent skidding, establish a rolling force model based on least squares support vector machine to replace the traditional model and im- prove the accuracy of the prediction of the rolling force effectively. At the same time,it uses ABC(artificial bee colony) algorithm to optimize the rolling schedule. The initialization of the algorithm introduced chaotic sequence to enhance its ergodicity. When var- iable is updated, a more reasonable variable scale operation is adopted. Not only be able to prevent falling into local extreme point, but also to avoid a blind search,improve the speed of evolution greatly. This procedure used in the finishing part of "1+4" alumi- num hot strip in henan province. Rolling procedure effect is ideal,and can be used for the secondary setting calculation.
