摘 要:以速生杨木单板为原料,酚醛树脂(PF)为胶粘剂,硼酸/硼砂为阻燃剂,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱(Laurylbetaine)为助剂,制备杨木定向刨花板(OSB),研究硼酸/硼砂的添加量以及十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱的添加量对OSB试验板物理力学性能的影响。结果表明,各试验板的物理力学性能均满足我国LY/T1580-2010《定向刨花板》中OSB/3类板的要求;硼酸/硼砂的加入使得试板物理力学性能下降,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱的添加显著提高了定向刨花板的弹性模量、静曲强度和内结合强度。添加12%的硼酸/硼砂以及1.2%的十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱的OSB的物理力学性能最优,纵向MOE为11680MPa、横向MOE为5400MPa,纵向MOR为38.9MPa、横向MOR为19.5MPa,内结合强度为0.49MPa;最后还得到不同硼酸/硼砂、甜菜碱添加量与定向刨花板内结合强度的模型,为实际生产提供理论指导。Poplar veneer was taken as experimental material, phenolic resin was taken as adhesive substance, boric acid/borax was taken as fire retardant and polymeric betaine was taken as modifying agent to study the effect of boric acid/borax polymeric betaine treatment on poplar OSB mechanical properties. The results show that the mechanical properties of all the specimens in this experiment meet the requirement of national standard LY/T1580-2010-osb/3. Polymeric betaine significantly improves the mechanical properties (modulus of elasticity, static bending intensity and internal bond strength) of poplar OSB. Among all the experimental conditions, the best mechanical properties (with the longitudinal MOE of 11680MPa, the transverse MOE of 5400MPa, the longitudinal MOR of 38.9MPa, the transverse MOR of 19.5MPa and the internal bond strength of 0.49MPa) were got when the proportion of boric acid/borax is 12% and that of polymeric betaine is 1.2%. Finally, the model among the internal bond strength and the proportion of boric acid/borax and polymeric betaine was established, which could prove the theoretical guidance to practice.
