摘　　要：目的:评价超声根管冲洗在根管治疗中的效果。方法:将148例根管感染患者的170颗患牙随机分为试验组(超声冲洗组)和对照组(注射器冲洗组),比较两组在根管预备后的疼痛情况和侧支根管充填情况。结果:试验组根管预备后疼痛反应率低于对照组,侧支根管充填率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:超声冲洗可有效清洁根管,降低术后疼痛反应率,提高根管充填质量。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasonic irrigation in root canal treatments. Methods： 170 teeth with infected root canal from 148 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups , experimental group （ultrasonic irrigation group） and control group （syringe after root canal preparation and collateral root canal lavage group）. The two groups were compared in the pain response filling situation. Results： The pain response rate of experimental group after root canal preparation was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the collateral root canal fill- ing rate was higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Ultrasound irrigation can effectively clean the root canal, reduce the post- operative pain response rate, and improve the quality of root canal filling
