摘　　要：庆祝《实验技术与管理》创刊50周年,回顾历史,总结经验。坚持服务至上,坚持质量第一,坚持求真务实,坚持奉献合作,敬业进取,不断提高期刊质量和水平,创建精品期刊。Celebrate the 50th anniversary of publication of Experimental Technology and Management, which has been published since 1963. This article reviews the history and summarizes the experience. This article points out that persisting in service should be the highest, and persisting in quality should be the first. This article also points out it should be done that persisting in seeking truth and dealing with cnerete matters, persisting in contribution and cooperotion, and respecting the cause to keep forging ahead, constantly reforming and innovating, and constantly improving the quality and the level of the Journal, to create the excellent journal.
