摘　　要：庆祝《实验技术与管理》创刊50周年,回顾历程,总结经验,坚持科学发展观,理论联系实际,坚持为高校实验室建设与管理服务、为广大实验室工作者服务的宗旨,与时俱进,再创辉煌。Celebrate the 50th anniversary of publication of Experimental Technology and Management. This article looks back to the course of development of the Journal and summarizes the experience. It should be to do as follows： persisting in the Scientific Outlook on Development and the combination of theory with practices persisting in that the aim of publication of the jounal should provide service for the laboratory construction and management, and all laboratory workers of colleges and universities, to keep up with the times and recreate glory.
