摘 要:针对计算机控制技术及电力传动控制系统等课程教学的实际需要以及对工科学生实践能力培养的需要,在XSJ-II型小功率直流随动系统平台上开发了可进行数字位置随动实验的单片机控制器,建立了模拟校正装置的数字化模型,为了减少信号调理带来的误差,采用了线性参数标度变换。设计的单片机控制器既可以有效地替代小功率随动系统中的超前校正装置,实现数字位置随动控制,又可以脱离XSJ-Ⅱ平台对基于数学模型的被控对象进行控制。为了便于教学,设计了基于串行通信的PC机大屏幕显示方式,实现了波形显示及给定轮、反馈轮的形态显示。教学实践表明,学生的学习主动性有了很大的提高,不仅增强了学生对理论知识的掌握,而且提高了学生的动手实践能力。According to the actual needs of teaching like the Computer Control Technology, and Electric Drive Control System courses, and training engineering students' practical ability,this article presents a single-chip controller which can perform digital position servo experiment on the XSJ-Ⅱ type small power DC servo system platform, and establishes a digital model of the analog correction means. In order to reduce the error caused by signal conditioning, the linear parameter scaling transformation is used. The single-chip controller, effective alternative to small power servo system, either can lead correction devices which realizes digital position servo control, nor can do experiments in the controlled object based on the mathematical model without the XSJ-Ⅱ platform. In order to facilitate teaching, the PC screen display method based on the serial communication has been designed, which can realize the waveform display, the morphology display of given wheel display and feedback wheel. The teaching practice shows that students'learning initiative can be greatly improved, and the students can not only master the theoretical knowledge, but also improve their abilities of practice.
