自体CD_3AK细胞联合化疗治疗小细胞肺癌的近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自体抗CD3单克隆抗体激活的杀伤细胞(CD3AK)联合化疗治疗小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的近期疗效。方法 38例采用化疗联合自体CD3AK细胞回输的SCLC患者为联合组,仅接受化疗的30例SCLC患者为对照组。比较两组患者疗效及治疗前后T细胞亚群改变。结果联合组治疗有效率(89.5%)显著高于对照组(70.0%)(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组CD3+及CD4+细胞比例较治疗前及治疗后对照组显著升高,CD8+细胞比例显著降低,CD4+/CD8+比值显著升高(P<0.01)。联合组恶心、呕吐、脱发、白细胞减少、疼痛、肝肾功受损的发生率较对照组显著降低。结论自体CD3AK细胞回输联合化疗不仅增加了SCLC的疗效,增强了患者的免疫功能,而且减少了化疗的部分毒副反应。Objective To discuss the short term curative effects of autoallergic anti-CD3mono-clone antibody activated killer cells(CD3AK) combined with chemotherapy on small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods 38 patients with SCLC who received back transfusion with autoallergic CD3AK combined with chemotherapy were chosen as combined group,and the 30 ones with SCLC received only chemotherapy were chosen as control group.Comparison was made in the curative effects and the changes in T cell sub-groups before and after the treatment and between the two groups.Results The effective rate of combined group(89.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%)(P<0.05).The proportions of CD3+ and CD4+ cells in the combined group after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment and those in the control group after the treatment.While the proportion of CD8+ cells in the combined group significantly decreased and the ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ significantly increased(P<0.01) after the treatment.The incidence rates of nausea,vomiting,alopecia,leucopenia,pain,and liver or kidney dysfunction in the combined group significantly decreased compared with those in the control group.Conclusion The back transfusion with autoallergic CD3AK cells combined with chemotherapy can not only improve the therapeutic effects of SCLC and the immune function,but also decrease the poison side reaction of chemotherapy.
