热熔压敏胶制备的伤科贴膏皮肤用药安全性研究

摘　　要：目的通过动物试验探讨伤科贴膏皮肤用药的安全性。方法采用小鼠进行急性毒性试验,采用家兔同体左右侧自身比较法进行皮肤刺激性试验,采用豚鼠进行过敏性试验。结果伤科贴膏对小鼠完整皮肤无急性毒性反应,对家兔完整皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤无过敏反应。结论伤科贴膏是较安全、使用方便的新型外用药。Objective To investigate the safety of Shangke Patch in the skin medication with animal experiments. Methods Mice were adopted to conduct the acute toxic test, the skin stimulation test was carried out by the rabbit homobody left and right sides self- com- parison method and the skin allergic test was performed with guinea- pig. Results Shangke Patch had no acute toxic reaction to mouse intact skin, no stimulution effects to the intact skin in rabbit and no allergic response to guinea-pig＇s skin. Conclusion Shangke Patch is a safe and convenient new drug for external use.
