摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱原子荧光分光光度法在线联用技术测定水产品及产地底泥中砷4种形态残留的方法。对前处理方法和液相色谱的最佳参数进行优化,实验表明,4种砷化合物的线性范围为20-100g/L,相关系数(r)均优于0.999,三价砷、一甲基砷、二甲基砷、五价砷的仪器最低检出限分别为0.3、0.9、1.2、7.9μg/L。加标平均回收率为89.99%-97.00%,变异系数为2.05%-4.42%。A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with hydride generation and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was proposed for the determination of arsenic speciation in Aquatic products and environment. Different methods were used in the testing to optimize the experimental conditions. The linearity ranged from 20g/L to 100g/L,the correlation coefficient preceded 0.999, and the detection limits were 0.3, 0.9, 1.2 and 7.9 μg/L respectively. The method recovery for As(III), MMA, DMA, As(V), was 89.99%-97.00%, the RSD was 2.05-4.42%, and the detection limits of method were 0.3, 0.9, 1.2, 7.9μg/L individually.
