摘 要:简要介绍了儿童用品中亚硝胺的来源、污染情况、相关限量法规政策及亚硝胺检测方法的最新进展。亚硝胺的前处理方法从柱层析、液液萃取发展到固相萃取、固相微萃取;检测手段从专属仪器热能分析仪发展到质谱仪,并且随着多级质谱的不断发展,串联质谱法越来越成为普适的分析方法。In this paper, we briefly introduced the N-nitrosamines pollution in children’s products, the related standards, regulations and policies, and the latest progress of N-nitrosamines detection methods. Sample preparation has been developed from column chromatography, liquid-liquid extraction to Solid Phase Extraction, and even Solid Phase Micro-extraction. Instrumental methods have been also developed from thermal energy analyzer, which has been known as the exclusive instrument for N-nitrosamines detecting, to mass spectrometry detector. Besides, with the continuous development of the multi-level mass spectrometry, tandem mass spectrometry is becoming more and more pervasive method of analysis.
