食管憩室伴发食管炎患者诊断与治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察食管憩室伴发食管炎的诊断和治疗方法,比较高舒达与口服碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2007年3月-2012年9月医院就诊的43例食管憩室伴发食管炎患者,严格按照随机化的原则将所有入选患者按奇数、偶数分为对照组21例和治疗组22例,对照组用口服铝碳酸镁咀嚼片,治疗组采用高舒达进行治疗,治疗一个疗程后进行疗效对比。结果对照组显效10例、有效5例、无效6例、总有效率为71.4%;治疗组显效14例、有效7例、无效1例、总有效率为90.9%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,两组患者临床症状积分较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状积分改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高舒达治疗食管憩室伴发食管炎疗效显著,值得在临床进一步推广使用。OBJECTIVE To observe diagnosis and treatment of esophageal diverticulum associated with esophagitis and to compare the effect of oral hydrotalcite and gaster. METHODS A retrospective analysis of 43 cases of esophageal diverticulum complicated with esophagitis in the hospital from Mar 2007 to Sep 2012 was performed in strict accordance with the principle of randomization, all patients enrolled odd were even divided into the control group of 21 patients and the treatment group of 22 cases. The patients were given oral hydrotMcite in the control group, and the patients were given gaster in the treatment group, and treatment effect was compared after a course of treatment. RESULTS In the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases effective, 6 cases ineffective, and the total effective rate was 74.1%. In treatment group, 14 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases effective, and 1 ease ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90. 9X, the difference was significant in two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the symptom integral of the tested group was better than that of the contrast group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）, and the improvement degree of clinical syptom score of the treatment group than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The effect of gaster treatment of esophageal diverticulum complicated with esophagitis is significant, and it is worthy to be prometed in the hospita 1.
