摘  要:为观察连翘酯苷对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的鸡胸腺抗氧化功能的影响,试验将60只1日龄AA肉仔鸡随机分为6组:空白对照组,LPS组,连翘酯苷低、高剂量对照组,连翘酯苷低、高剂量试验组。在给试验鸡投药后第21天,检测胸腺组织中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果显示,与LPS组相比,连翘酯苷低、高剂量试验组T-AOC和SOD的活性以及GSH的含量都有所升高,而MDA的含量显著降低。表明连翘酯苷能改善由LPS诱导的AA鸡胸腺组织抗氧化功能的变化。In order to study the forsythiaside on antioxidant function of thymus tissue in chickens, sixty one-day-age chickens were used as experimental animals and divided into six groups (10 animals per group). They were normal control group,lipopolysaccharide (LPS)control group,low and high of forsythiaside dose control group,low and high of forsythiaside dose test groups. Total-antioxidant capacity (T-AOC),superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione (GSH),and malondialdehyde(MDA)of thymus tissue were detected on 21th day after treatment. These results showed that low and high of forsythiaside dose could increase the vitality of SOD,T-AOC and decrease the content of MDA compared with LPS control group. The results revealed that forsythiaside could ameliorate antioxidant function changes of thymus tissue induced by LPS in AA chickens.
