摘 要:介绍了由步进伺服和交流伺服构成的混合二轴伺服控制实验平台。以PMAC多轴运动控制卡作为下位控制器,实现对伺服系统的实时控制;以PC为上位计算机,实现对伺服控制系统的指令控制和数据读取;利用VB编写人机界面对控制平台进行监测和控制。该平台为开放式数控平台,人机界面友好,可实现对不同类型电机的伺服控制,多电机的协调控制,混合多类型伺服电机的控制。该伺服平台的开发,可用于实验教学和科研实验。The experiment platform of mixed two-axis servo control consisting of step servo and AC servo was intro-duced. The PMAC multi-axis motion controller was used as hypogynous computer for realising the real time control of servo system. The PC was used as host computer for realising the command control and data read, utilizing the VB to write the human machine interface to realise the monitor and contro of the platform. This platform is a open CNC system, friendly hu-man machine interface and is able to realise the servo control of different type servo motor, multi-motor coordination con-trol, mixed multi-type servo motor control. The development of the servo platform is able to be used in experimental teach- ing and research experiment.
