摘　　要：对于处在经济成长期的中国而言,绿色工艺创新是突破资源环境约束、推动新型工业化发展的有效手段之一,促使地区间绿色工艺创新绩效的协调发展对中国工业的绿色转身具有重要作用。本文从经济绩效、社会绩效、生态绩效三个方面构建了绿色工艺创新绩效的评价指标体系,以中国2004—2010年30个省级单位面板数据为样本,运用基于实数编码加速遗传算法的投影寻踪评价模型进行实证评价,分析了中国绿色工艺创新绩效的地区差异;然后,从技术推动、市场拉动和环境管制推动三个方面对中国绿色工艺创新绩效地区差异的影响因素进行了实证研究;最后,提出了缩小中国绿色工艺创新绩效地区差异的对策。结果表明,绿色工艺创新绩效存在一定的地区差异,中部地区绿色工艺创新绩效较好,西部地区其次,东部地区最差;国内技术购买强度和环境管制强度对绿色工艺创新绩效的地区差异具有显著的积极影响,内部市场需求和市场竞争激烈程度对绿色工艺创新绩效的地区差异具有显著的负向影响,其他因素对绿色工艺创新绩效地区差异的影响并不显著。As China is experiencing economic growth, implementing green process innovation is one of the most effective methods to breakthrough the restrictions of resource and environment and to promote the development of new industrialization. It plays an important role to the green transformation of China＇s industrial that encourages regional coordinated development of green process innovation performance. Based on panel data from 30 provinces during 2004--2010 in China, an empirical analysis is performed on the regional difference of green process innovation performance by building a comprehensive evaluation index system, which includes economic performance, social performance and ecological performance. An empirical study on the influencing factors of regional difference of the green process innovation performance is produced from three aspects, technology drive, market demand, and environment regulation push, thus puts forward the countermeasures to narrow the regional differences of green process innovation performance. The results indicate that there have certain regional differences of green process innovation performance in China, the central China has best regional of green process innovation performance,the second is the western region of China, and the worst is eastern region of China. The intensity of domestic technology purchased and environmental regulation has significant positive effects on regional differences of green process innovation performance, the internal market demand and market competition has significant negative effect, the influence of other factors are not significant.
