服务主导逻辑下移动互联网创新网络主体耦合共轭与价值创造研究

摘　　要：移动互联网是互联网技术与移动通信融合发展的产物,由服务主导价值创新。基于某一软件平台,由操作系统商、运营商、网络设备商、移动终端商和下游开发商等组成创新网络,并通过用户体验和参与,共同创造价值。其中,创新主体之间功能互补、能力匹配、创新节奏同步同频以及共同的传动力,是充分赢得合作创新效率、增进价值创造的重要机制。本文应用系统动力学的模块耦合共轭原理揭示上述过程及机理,并以苹果移动创新网络为样本进行实证分析。研究结论昭示,价值网络的扩展与创新源正在不断深化,系统嵌合与同步同频是创新网络协同发展的关键,平台企业是引领创新网络发展的主导力量,运营商和网络设备商面临重大压力和转型机遇,用户不再能被忽视,核心技术与重要知识产权始终是参与创新合作并获得更大价值的基本要素。这些对于中国移动互联网产业发展,尤其是培育平台主导企业、促进运营商转型发展、提高服务创新质量等具有重要启示。Integration development of internet technology and mobile telecommunication created mobile internet whose value innovation is dominated by service. Based on a dominant software platform, the innovation network is formed by operating system providers, telecom operators, network equipment suppliers, mobile terminal providers and downstream developers, which create value jointly with user experience and participation. To fully earn the cooperative innovation productivity and enhance value creation, functional complementation, capacity matching, synchronized innovation frequency and coincident driving force among the innovation participants are very important. This paper analyzes the whole process and mechanism above using module coupling conjugate principle of system dynamics, with an empirical test of the Apple mobile innovation network. The research conclusions show that value network is expanding and innovation source is increasingly deepening; Systemic embedding and synchronization is the key for collaborative development of innovation network; Platform firm is the dominant power for leading the development of innovation network; Telecom operators and network equipment providers are facing with significant transformation opportunity as well as pressure; User can no longer be ignored; Core technology and worthy intellectual property rights are essential elements throughout to be involved in innovation cooperation and greater value acquisition; Which have significant enlightenments for the development of mobile internet industry especially of China in cultivation of platform leading enterprise, promotion of operator transformation as well as improvement of service innovation quality.
