R&D与产业集聚的技术溢出效应研究——基于非参数DEA方法和面板门槛模型的实证检验

摘　　要：从R&D角度探讨产业集聚的技术溢出效应,选取1986—2011年中国省际数据,采用非参数DEA方法测算各省全要素生产率(TFP)增长,运用面板门槛模型估计,检验集聚效应与TFP增长的非线性关联。实证结果表明,R&D强度是产业集聚技术溢出效应的外部性条件,集聚对TFP增长的促进作用随着R&D水平的提高而显著增强;在不同R&D水平下,产业集聚主要是促进技术进步进而推动TFP增长,对于技术效率的影响显著为负,说明集聚存在"拥挤效应"。Basing on China＇ s provincial data from 1986 to 2011, this paper analyses the technology spillover effect of industrial agglomeration from the perspective of R＆D investment through verifying the nonlinear relationship between industrial agglomeration and TFP by using the nonparametric DEA method and the panel threshold model. The empirical results show that, R＆D investment is the external conditions of technology spillover effect of industrial agglomeration, the industrial agglomeration will significantly promote the TFP with the further increase of R＆D investment; the industrial agglomeration promotes the TFP growth mainly by promoting the technological progress in the conditions of different R＆D investment,for the significant negative impact on technical efficiency, indicating that agglomeration exists ＂crowding effect. ＂
