摘 要:为了考察粒度和灰分对煤泥压滤脱水效果的影响,提出了两个表征压滤影响效果的复合指标,研究了不同粒度的精煤与蒙脱石按不同比例配成的煤泥的压滤脱水效果。结果表明:灰分和粒度对于煤泥脱水都有很大影响;建立了复合指标与滤饼水分的对应关系,可为选煤厂煤泥压滤工艺的优化提供技术参考。In order to investigate the particle size and ash content affected to the pressure filtration and dewatering effect of the slime, a composite index of two characterized pressure filtration influence effects was provided and the pressure filtration and dewatering effect was studied with the slime prepared with the different percentage ratio of the different particle size clean coal and montmorillonite. The study results showed that the ash content and particle size would have high influences to the dewatering of the slime. A corresponding relationship between the composite index and the water content of the filter cake was established and could provide technical references to the optimization of the slime pressure filtration technique in the coal preparation plant.
