摘  要:目的了解宁阳县不同学历水平护士的职业倦怠状况,分析受教育程度不同对职业倦怠的影响,以寻找对策帮助临床护理人员减轻职业倦怠,提高工作的积极性,继而降低护士离职率,稳定护理队伍。方法采用马氏职业倦怠量表(Maslach Burnout Inventory,MBI)于2012年12月对宁阳县第一人民医院护士共150名进行职业倦怠问卷调查分析。对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果研究结果表明,对于情绪衰竭维度,学历水平主效应明显;而对于去人格化维度和个人成就感维度,学历水平主效应不明显。结论不同学历水平对护士职业倦怠有显著影响,主要体现在情绪衰竭维度这一方面,医院管理者应该提高对大专学历护士职业倦怠状况的重视,积极改变个人因素和组织因素来降低她们的职业倦怠状况。Objective To understand the job burnout conditions of nurses with different education levels in Ningyang county, analyze the influence of education level on job burnout, in order to find strategies to relieve the job burnout, reduce burnout, increase working enthusiasm, then further lower nurse turnover rate and stabilize of the nurse team. Methods A total of 150 nurses in the first hospital of Ningyang county participated in the investigation using Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) in December 2012. The sur-vey data underwent statistical analysis. Results The results show that in the dimension of emotional ex-haustion, education level showed main effect. While in the dimension of depersonalization and personal ac- complishment, the education level showed no main effect. Conclusions Education levels have a signifi-cant impact on job burnout of nurses, mainly in the emotional exhaustion dimension. Hospital managers should pay attention to job burnout of nurses with college degree, reduce their occupational burnout through positive changes in personal and organizational factors.
