摘　　要：知识社会的到来以及市场经济的影响,使学术资本化成为大学发展到一定社会历史阶段的必然产物,成为大学以及学者适应社会现实的生存选择。同时,学术内在的价值属性也为学术资本化提供了条件。但由于学术资本化已成为一种意识形态,而学术与资本之间又存在本质的区别,因此需要为其划定边界。只有将学术资本化限定在特定学科和伦理边界之内,才能保证学术价值的充分实现以及大学使命的完整承担。The coming of knowledge society and the influence of market economy, brought out academic capitalization, which was the necessary product of the university in a certain period of social development and survival choice of the scholars. Meanwhile, the in- ner value of academic also provided the condition for academic capitalization. Academic capi- talization as a kind of ideology, there＇s fundamental differences between academic and cap-ital, which made it necessary to make clear its boundary. With academic capitalization in the boundary of disciplinary and ethic, the value of academic could be realized and the mission of the university be shouldered.
