摘　　要：论述"肝主生发"养生观的基本养生思想与方法:"肝主生发"与顺应自然(动静结合,顺应自然运动;营养均衡,顺应自然饮食;七情合和,顺应自然社会),"肝主生发"与心理调适(情志变化影响神经-内分泌-免疫-再生网络功能),"肝主生发"与"滋水涵木"("滋水涵木"维持生发-涵养调控体系的协调统一),"肝主生发"与"春病冬治"("情志养生"、"运动养生"、"敷贴养生"、"膏方养生"的理法方药),提倡维护"生机"的养生理念。The basic ideas and methods of the health cultivation concept of the liver governing growth will be briefly discussed in following four aspects. First of all,it discusses the theory of the liver governing growth and harmony with nature（ dynamic and static combination in order to conform to the natural exercise ; balanced nutrition to conform to the natu- ral diet;the seven emotions keep harmony in order to conform to the natural community）. Secondly, it proposes the theory of the liver governing growth and psychological adjustment （ emotional changes can effect the function of nerve - internal secretion - immunity - regeneration network）. Then, the text introduces the theory of the liver governing growth and enric- hing water to nourish wood （ applying the method of enriching water to nourish wood can maintain the harmonization of the regulation and control system）. Finally,the author elaborates the theory of the liver governing growth and treating spring diseases in winter（ including the theory, principle, formulae and medieinals in four methods：health cultivation by emotion, health cultivation by exercise, health cultivation by TCM applicator and health cultivation by Gaozi ）, and advocates the health cultivation concept of maintaining the generate vitality.
