正常高值血压人群中医体质因素的Logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医体质致病因素对正常高值血压的影响。方法:采用1:1配对病例-对照的流行病学研究方法,对120例正常高值血压人群和对照组120例正常血压水平人群进行多元Logistic回归分析。结果:在P<0.05水平,进入回归方程的相关体质因素有平和型、气虚型、阴虚型、阳虚型,其偏回归系数分别为0.902、0.913、0.984、0.501。结论:正常高值血压人群中医体质危险类型为平和型、气虚型、阴虚型、阳虚型。其中平和型、气虚型、阴虚型比较重要。Objective： To investigate the influence of TCM constitution factors on high value of normal blood pressure. Method： By 1 ： 1 matching case - control epidemiological research method, 120 cases of normal blood pressure with high value and 120 case of normal blood pressure level were made Logistic regression analysis. Result：When P 〈 0. 05,related constituation factors into regression equation included gentle type, qi deficiency type, yin deficiency type, yang deficiency type. The partial regression coefficients were 0. 902,0. 913,0. 984,0. 501 respectively. Conclusion ： The dangerous constitution types of normal blood pressure with high value are gentle type, qi deficiency type, yin deficiency type,yang deficiency type. The gentle type, qi deficiency type, and yin deficiency type are more important.
