摘　　要：在文献研究和基础理论分析的基础上,引入项目管理核心能力的概念,构建出知识管理、组织学习与项目管理核心能力对代建绩效的改善机理理论模型,并以65个代建项目为研究样本,利用结构方程模型方法,对代建绩效改善机理进行实证研究。研究结果表明:知识管理和组织学习可以通过项目管理核心能力对代建绩效起到明显的改善作用。The paper introduces the concept of the project management core competence（ PMCC ）, and sets up the theory model of the improvement mechanism to improve the vicarious management performance（ VMP ） through the knowledge management（ KM ）, organizational learning（OL） and PMCC based on the literature research and basic theoretical analysis, then carries out the empirical research about the improvement mechanism of VMP using the method of structural equation model with 65 vicarious management projects as research samples. The research results indicate that KM and OL can improve the VMP through the PMCC obviously.
