摘 要:随着信息经济和互联网产业的迅猛发展,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,要在激烈竞争的环境中生存下来并得到不断发展,则成为企业不得不面临的紧迫问题,而技术创新则是解决这个问题的重要手段。本文通过对通信设备制造业最具代表意义的公司—华为公司技术创新管理中人员激励方面的分析,我们可以看出,华为的每一步发展与壮大都和它持续不断的技术创新是分不开的,而对研发人员的激励投入又是华为技术创新能力实现与提升的必要条件。With the rapid development of information economy and Internet industry , the competition be- tween the enterprises become more intense. How to sur- vive and develop in the fierce competition environment become an urgent problem that enterprises must have to face. While technological innovation is an important means to solve this problem. This paper analysis the aspects of the staff inspiration in the technology in- novation management of Huawei ,which the most repre- sentative company in telecommunication equipment manu- facturing industry .We can see that every step of the development and expansion of Huawei is inseparable with its ongoing technological innovation ,and the R & D personnel incentive investment is the the necessary conditions for Huawei to improve the ability of tech- nology innovation.
