摘　　要：目的分析天然成分松油烯-4-醇对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖活性的影响。方法体外培养人宫颈癌细胞HeLa,经不同浓度(0.001%～0.010%)松油烯-4-醇作用24h后,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化,四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测细胞活性。结果细胞形态明显改变,可见显著凋亡的特征;在药物浓度为0.001%～0.006%时,随着浓度增加,抑制率从14.0%上升至95.1%,松油烯-4-醇对HeLa细胞的抑制作用明显增强;在药物浓度为0.006%～0.01%时,抑制率维持在95.1%～96.3%,抑制作用未见增强。结论天然成分松油烯-4-醇对人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of terpinen-4-alchol on the proliferation of cervical carcinoma cell line HeLa. Methods HeLa cells were treated with different concentration of terpinen-4-alchol for 24 hours. The morphology of HeLa cell treated with terpinen-4-alchol was observed by invert-microscope. Cell proliferation was detected by MY1＂ assay. Results There was an obvious change in shape after HeLa cells were treated with terpinen-4-alchol for 24 hours and the characteristics of the apoptosis could be observed under the light-microscope. For 0.001% - 0.006% tcrpinen-4-alchol concentration, with the increasing concentration of the drug, the inhibition rate increased from 14.0% to 95.1% and the inhibition to cell proliferation was significantly strengthened. But for 0.006% -0.01% terpinen-4-alchol concentration, the inhibition rate were not significantly different. Conclusion Terpinen-4-alchol can effectively suppress the proliferation of cervical carcinoma cell line HeLa.
