摘 要:GRP75在细胞中参与多个细胞信号途径调节细胞应激反应、促进细胞增殖、抑制细胞凋亡。近年来,GRP75在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,并且与多种肿瘤的发生及转移等都有着密切的关联。因此,对GRP75功能的研究可为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的靶点。现就GRP75蛋白的相关功能及与肿瘤之间关系的研究现状展开综述。GRP75 is implicated in multiple cellular signal transduction pathways regulating stress response, promoting cell proliferation, and inhibiting apoptosis. Recently, several studies reported that GRP75 protein is frequently overexpressed in many tumors. Moreover, elevated expression of GRP75 protein in tumor tissues is associated with tumorigenesis and metastases. Therefore, GRP75 is a novel therapeutic target for cancer treatment. This study aims to summarize the relationship between GRP75 and tumor.
