摘　　要：本文论述了高校学生政工干部要有强烈的使命感 ,要树立科学的人生价值观 ,要有过硬的专业素质 ,使自己既有高度的责任感 ,又有很强的能力 ,高效、高质地做好大学生思想政治教育工作。The author considers that coordinators in political and ideological education programs at institutions of higher learning must have the following qualities:strong sense of mission,scientific view of life,good command of professional knowledge and satistying capabilities to cope with affairs concerning the politics and ideology of university students.
