摘 要:经典格赖斯会话含义理论的缺陷直接导致了语境论的产生。在后格赖斯语用学中,语境论者,无论是温和语境论者还是激进语境论者,都特别关注"如何界定所言"、"如何看待默认意义"和"如何解释语用过程"这些理论问题并由此展开激烈的争论。本文指出,语境论者内部争论的焦点在于如何解释对所言进行语用充实的意义,其分歧在于语用过程所产生的语用充实意义是否具有默认还是推论的性质。The imperfections of classic Grice's theory of conversational implicature directly lead to the rise of contextualism. In post-Gricean pragmatics, contextualists, no matter who are radical or moderate, are all concerned particularly with such theoretical questions as "how to define what is said" ," how to treat default meaning" and "how to account for pragmatic processes", and thereby they hotly debate in their discussions. This paper points out that the debates among the contextualists focus on how to explain the pragmatically enriched meanings of what is said, but they disagree about whether or not these meanings produced in pragmatic processes are default or inferential in nature.
