上中切牙纤维桩全瓷冠修复体冠向微渗漏的实验研究

摘  要:目的对纤维桩e.max全瓷冠修复的不同缺损量离体上颌中切牙行咀嚼模拟,测量其冠向微渗漏差异。方法收集完整上颌中切牙32颗,按缺损量大小分四组,纤维桩e.max全瓷冠修复后,用自制咀嚼模拟疲劳力学测试机在0.5%的品红溶液中行咀嚼模拟,在体视显微镜下观察冠向微渗漏差异。结果不同缺损量样本微渗漏组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),无缺损及缺损至龈上4 mm组微渗漏程度小于缺损至龈上2 mm及齐龈组。结论纤维桩修复上颌中切牙时最好有2 mm以上的牙本质肩领。Objective The fiber post and e.max all-ceramic crown were used for the restoration of separated maxillary central incisors with different defects in this study, and the chewing stimulation was carried out in order to measure the difference of its coronal microleakage. Methods 32 integral maxillary central incisors were collected, and divided into 4 experimental groups with different defects. The fiber post and e.max all-ceramic crown were used for the restoration, and then, the cyclic loading was operated in the testing machine, with 0.5% fuchsin solution added when loading. The stereology microscopy was adopted to observe the coronal microleakage difference of the restoration. Results There was difference in the groups, with P 〈0.001. The microleakage level of without defect and the defect up to 4 mm above the gingiva groups was lower than that of the defect up to 2 mm above the gingiva and the defect leveling the gingiva groups. Conclusions The dentin ferrule of above 2 mm is the first indication of the restoration of the maxillary central incisor with fiber post.
