术前介入化疗联合根治术治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究术前介入化疗联合根治术治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月到2012年11月期间来我院就诊治疗的局部晚期宫颈癌患者70例为研究对象,根据患者的意愿分为研究组和对照组,对照组30例采用根治术进行治疗,研究组40例采用根治术联合术前介入化疗进行治疗,对比两组手术出血量、手术时间和治疗临床效果。结果经过治疗,与对照组相比研究组手术出血量较少,手术时间较短,研究组治疗总有效率95.0%显著高于对照组的73.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部晚期宫颈癌根治术前进行介入化疗有利于缩小病灶,减少手术的难度和手术中的出血量,对患者的预后有重要的影响,有利于延长患者的寿命。Objective To study the clinical effect of preoperative interventional chemotherapy and radical surgery for locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods 70 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2009 to November 2012 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups. 30 cases of control group were treated with radical surgery, while 40 cases of research group were treated with radical surgery combined with preoperative interventional chemotherapy. The surgical blood loss, operative time and therapeutic clinical results were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the research group had less blood loss and shorter operative time compared with the control group. The total effective rate of research group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 73.3% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Radical surgery for locally advanced cervical cancer before chemotherapy is conducive to narrowing lesions, which can reduce the difficulty of surgery and intraoperative blood loss. It has important implications for patients＇ prognosis, and helps to prolong patients＇ life.
