摘  要:通过问卷调查方式,对2009级机械设计制造及其自动化专业学生"3+1"企业综合实习情况进行调查,涉及学生实习基本信息、企业综合实习情况、校内学习情况以及实习在毕业设计中的作用等,分析结果显示实习学生毕业设计课题更结合企业实际,动手能力得到提高,就业能力得到加强。基于调查,提出进一步完善工学结合"3+1"人才培养模式,培养卓越工程人才,进行教学改革的建议。A survey has been conducted on the "3+1" in-enterprise comprehensive internship of Mechanical engineering and automation majors who enrolled in 2009 in Baiyun University, including the intern' s basic information, their in enterprise inlernship performances, on campus study, and the effect of internship on their graduation design, etc., which concludes that the internship has offered them more practical graduation design, more operational and professional capabililies. This paper, based on the survey, has put forward a series of proposals in terms of how to perfect "3+ 1" talent-cultivation model, how to cultivate prominent engineers and how to catty out teaching reform.
