摘 要:IGBT串联技术是解决诸多高压场合中开关管电压应力不足的有效方法,研究简单、可靠、高效的IGBT串联辅助电路具有重要的理论和工程实用价值。本文提出了一种仅需单路驱动信号且适宜做成集成电路的IGBT串联电路,进行了电路工作原理分析、计算机仿真和硬件实验验证,研究结果表明所提IGBT串联电路具有良好的电气特性。Because of the advantages such as large voltage and current capacity, high driving circuit, IGBTs are widely used the voltage is beyond the rate of IGBT, in high-power occasions. However, one single switching speed and simple IGBT can not be used when and IGBT in series is needed. Searching for simple, reliable and effectiveIGBT series auxiliary circuits is important and necessary. In this paper, a new IGBT series circuit which needs only one external driving signal is proposed, because the proposed circuit does not contain any large capacitances or magnetic components, it is suitable to be integrated on a wafer. The principle of operation is analyzed in detail and verified by simulation and experiments in this paper, and both simulation and experimental results show that the proposed topologies possess good switching characteristics
