摘  要:以6个高粱恢复系为材料,研究不同NaCl质量浓度(0,3,6,9 g/L)处理下的高粱种子萌芽期耐盐性,选择相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对芽长、相对根长指标进行耐盐性分析,并采用模糊数学隶属函数法进行综合评价。结果表明,3 g/L NaCl处理对高粱恢复系种子萌发的抑制作用较小,个别恢复系的种子萌发和幼芽、幼根生长表现出增效效应;随着盐胁迫的增强,高粱恢复系种子的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对芽长和相对根长均显著下降,品系间存在显著差异;综合分析各指标耐盐隶属值,各高粱恢复系的耐盐性强弱顺序依次为:1383-2>R111>三尺三>0-30>晋粱5号>L2R。The effect of NaC1 on sorghum seed salt tolerance in germination period after treated with different NaC1 concentrations (0, 3, 6, 9 g/L) were studied with six sorghum restorer lines. With different NaC1 concentrations the relative germination potential, the relative germination rate, the relative sprout length and the relative root length were analysed. Comprehensive evaluation on salt tolerance of sorghum restorer lines was conducted by using Subordinate Function Value method. The results showed the germination of sorghum restorer lines seed was not inhibited by the stress of 3 g/L NaC1 solution concentration, the seed germination and seedling root growth showed synergistic effect. With the increasing of salt stress, the relative germination potentiality, the relative germination rates, the relative sprout length, the relative root length were significantly decreased. Comprehensive analysis of the membership function indicators of six sorghum restorer lines showed the salt tolerance strength was in the order: 1383-2 〉 R111 〉 Sanchisan 〉 0-30 〉 Jinliang 5 〉 L2Ro
