摘　　要：论述了企业技术机会识别在企业技术创新中的重要作用,研究了企业技术的多重影响因素及其特点,在基于技术战略决策对企业技术机会识别进行概念性定义的前提下,探讨了在企业技术多重因素影响下如何识别技术机会和提高企业技术机会的识别能力,进而对企业的技术创新产生作用的过程。The paper expounds the important role of technological opportunity identification in firm＇s technological innovation and studies the char- acteristics of mulit-factor effects of technological change. The technological opportunity is conceptually defined in view of making decision of tech- nological strategy, and how to identify technological opportunity and promote firm＇s technological opportunity identification capacity are discussed, on which the further development of technological innovation is available.
