枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合乳果糖口服溶液治疗肝性脑病患者的临床疗效。方法将160例肝性脑病患者随机分为治疗组(84例)和对照组(76例)。治疗组给予枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合乳果糖口服溶液口服,对照组给予谷氨酸钠、谷氨酸钾静脉输注。两组疗程均为14天。观察患者肝性脑病症状的改善及治疗前后血氨水平。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,其症状改善和降低血氨均优于对照组(P=0.044、0.038),差异有统计学意义。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合乳果糖治疗肝性脑病具有较好的疗效。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules combined with lactulose oral solution on treatment for patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods Total of 160 cases with hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into treatment group （84 cases） and control group （76 cases）. Patients in treatment group were given live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules combined with lactulose oral solution;patients in control group were given sodium glutamate, potassium glutamate intravenously. Patients in both groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical symptoms and blood ammonia levels of patients before and after treatment were analyzed. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3%, with the improvement of symptoms and reduce of blood ammonia better than control group （P=0.044, 0.038）. Conclusions Live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules combined with lactulose oral solution has a positive curative effect on patients with hepatic encephalopathy.
