摘　　要：教育过程是培养公民民主习惯的教育中最重要的一个组成部分。在教育过程中,教师不能再以所谓的权威强迫学生学习,而是应该与学生共同参与教学过程。教师所用的教材应该是紧密联系民主社会的生活实践,所采用的教学方法应该是能培养学生民主习惯的"从做中学"。The teaching process is the most important part of cultivating citizens＇ democratic habits. In the process of teaching, the teacher can＇ t force the students by his authority but he should participate the teaching process with the students. The teaching materials should be closely relate to the life practice of the democratic society and the teaching methods should be the method of ＂learning by doing＂ which is to help to cultivate the students＇ democratic habits.
