摘　　要：特殊体育是我国国民教育的重要组成部分,也是我国体育事业和全民健身的一部分,它对提高残疾人的素质具有十分重要的意义。特殊教育学校是残疾学生接受体育教育的一种重要形式,是对这部分弱势群体进行专门教育的重要场所。体育既是特殊教育学校对学生进行教育的一项重要内容,也是一种重要手段,对促进特殊教育学校学生的发展具有重要意义。从维护整个社会的稳定与促进社会的协调发展的高度上看,关注残疾人,让每个残疾人接受特殊教育,具有极为深刻的意义。让残疾人从小受到特殊的教育,帮助他们实现自尊、自信、自强、自立,才能体现教育均等、社会公平。另一方面,为了解目前九江市特殊教育学校体育师资队伍的状况,分析存在的问题,为教育行政主管部门及特殊教育学校提供参考依据。The special sports is an important part of the national education, is a part of our country sports enter- prise and the national fitness, it is of great significance to improve disabled people＇s quality. Special education school is the dis- abled students receive physical education an important form, is devoted to this part of the vulnerable groups to education in the important place. Sports is a special education school is an important content of education for students, also is a kind of impor- tant means, to promote the development of special education school students is of great significance. From maintaining the sta- bility of the whole society and promote coordinated development of society, the height of the point of view, the disabled, let each people with disabilities in special education, has the extremely profound significance. Let children special education for the disabled, help them achieve a sense of self - respect, self - confidence, self - strength and self - reliance, and to embody equality of education and social justice. On the other hand, to understand situation of jiujiang city special education school sports teachers, analysis of existing problems, and to the competent administrative department for education and special educa- tion schools provide a reference basis.
