摘　　要：当今工业进入了后工业经济时代,工业产品集聚大量的高新技术,技术的创新周期越来越短。工业企业如要长期在全球竞争中生存与发展,必须要高度重视产品的技术创新,使之产品包含的技术始终处于世界一流水平之上。本文从江苏大中型工业企业的现状出发,分析影响其技术创新的主要因素,如技术创新人员、机构、技术市场,从政府、企业和产学研多视角,给出提升江苏大中型工业企业技术创新能力的建议。The industry has entered the post-industrial economic eras. Enterprises must pay high attention to product innovation, and make the techniques which product contain are always on the first-class level in the world. Based on the current situation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu province, this paper analyses the main factors of influencing the technological innovation, and puts forward suggestions of ascending the technological innovation capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Jiangsu province from the government, enterprises and PUR perspectives.
