摘 要:目的探讨β连环素(β-catenin)和MMP-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测39例肺癌组织及8例正常对照肺组织中β-catenin和MMP-2的表达,并结合临床和病理资料进行分析。结果 1.β-catenin和MMP-2在非小细胞肺癌组织中的胞质表达明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.005);2.肺鳞癌组织中β-catenin的胞质表达低于肺腺癌,胞膜表达高于肺腺癌,差异具有显著性(P=0.02,P=0.041);3.N1-2肺癌组MMP-2的表达明显高于N0肺癌组,差异具有显著性(P=0.019);4.非小细胞肺癌细胞β-catenin胞质表达和胞膜表达与MMP-2表达之间不具有相关性(P=0.123)。结论非小细胞肺癌细胞胞质中β-catenin和MMP-2表达明显高于正常人,肺鳞癌组织中β-catenin的胞质表达低于肺腺癌,N1-2肺癌组MMP-2的高表达可能与肺癌转移有关,非小细胞肺癌细胞β-catenin胞质表达和胞膜表达与MMP-2表达之间无相关关系。Objective To investigate the expressions of β-catenin andMMP-2,and find their clinicopathological rela- tionship in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to examine β-cate- nin and MMP-2 protein expression in 39 resected NSCLC samples and 8 adjacent normal lung tissues. And analysis their significance with clinical data and Pathology. Results (1)Expression of cytosolic β-catenin and MMP-2 in NSCLC tissue was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P〈0. 001). (2)cytosolic protein expression of β-catenin in lung squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that that in lung adenocarcinoma (P〈 0.02). However, cell mem- brane protein expression of β-catenin in squamous cell carcinoma was elevated compared to in adenocarcinoma (P 0. 041). QMMP-2 expression in N1 - 2 NSCLC patients was significantly increased relative to NO patients (P= 0. 019). Qstatistical analysis showed no correlation between β-catenin and MMP-2 expression in NSCLC samples. Con- clusion cytosolic protein expression of β-catenin and MMP-2 in NSCLC samples is increased relative to normal lung tissues. Also, expression of β-catenin is significantly lower in squamous cell carcinoma than that in lung adenocarcinoma subtypes. Additionally,MMP-2 expression in N1 - 2 NSCLC tissues is higher than that in NO lung tissue. There is no correlation between β-catenin and MMP-2 expression in NSCLC, and our study suggests that evaluation of β-catenin and MMP-2 expression may have potential in diagnosis and progression in patients with NSCLC.
