摘　　要：目的探讨MCC、Survivin、P73和RhoA在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测38例Dukes A期患者的大肠癌组织、癌旁组织和20例健康人群结肠组织的MCC、Survivin、P73和RhoA的表达情况。结果 4种基因在大肠癌组织中的表达均显著高于癌旁组织和健康人结肠组织(P<0.01),而在癌旁和健康人结肠组织中表达变化不大。结论 MCC、Survivin、P73和RhoA的异常表达可能与大肠癌的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MCC,Survivin,P73 and RhoA in colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of MCC,Survivin,P73 and RhoA was detected by real time PCR method in the color- ectal cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue for 38 cases and in the colon tissue of 20 healthy people. Results The ex- pression of MCC,Survivin,P73 and RhoA in colorectal cancer tissue was significantly higher than adjacent tissue and healthy colon tissue （P〈0.01）. But there was no difference between the adjacent and healthy tissue. Conclusion The expression of MCC, Survivin, P？ 3 and RhoA increased in colorectal cancer may have close relationship with the develop- ment oftumor.
