摘 要:由于成人身体已经成形,用现有舞蹈基本功训练方法进行柔韧性、力量、体力、训练强度等方面的训练成效慢且易受损伤,依据现有科学理论和实践基础,综合运用文献资料法、实验法、观察法等多种研究方法,在成人舞蹈基本功训练的方法上进行创新探索,论证瑜伽训练法能更有效地发展成人舞蹈专项素质,从而保存成人既得的舞蹈功力,减少或杜绝成人在舞蹈基本功训练中的受伤几率,同时保持体态和美感意识,借以达到舞蹈训练的目的,消除成人对于舞蹈基本功训练的畏惧心理,使舞蹈能够推广普及。Adults' bodies have been shaped which makes the outcomes and effects of strength, stamina, flexibility and intensity training became slow, and the athletes might be easily get injured by using the current basic dance training methods. Based on the scientific theory and practice, with the approaches of literature, expert interviews, experimentation and logical analysis, we discuss the innovative exploration of adults' basic dancing skills training methods. We prove that training with yoga can improve the quality of adults' basic dancing skills more efficiently and successfully, it also can keep their vested dancing skills, and reduce or eliminate injuries caused by basic dancing skills training while maintain their postures and beauty consciousness. In this way, we can achieve the purpose of dance training, eliminate the adults' psychological fear of basic dancing skills training, in order to make dancing more popular at a wider range of people.
