摘　　要：通过文献资料、逻辑推理、演绎等方法,提出学校体育政策法规执行力的含义。在回顾改革开放以来学校体育政策法规发展历程的基础上,结合当前学生体育权利遭受侵犯及学生体质逐年下降的现实对学校体育政策法规的执行现状进行反思,并对学校体育政策法规执行梗阻的原因进行深入分析。在此基础上,从提高学校体育政策法规的执行力出发,以切实保障学生的体育权利的实现、增强青少年体质,提出学校体育政策法规执行机制的建构设想。By means of literature, logical reasoning, deduction, and so on, put forward the meaning of the execution of policies and regulations for school physical education. On the basis of reviewing the evolution of policies and regulations of school physical education after the＂ reform and opening up＂ ,combine with the current violations of students＇ sports rights and the declining status of students＇ physical health, reflect the status of implementation of school physical education policies and regulations, then deeply analyze the reasons for the obstruction of the implementation of the school physical education policies and regulations. On these basis, put forward the enforcement mechanisms for school physical education policies and regulations, proceed from improving the exe- cution of school phy students effectively,
