南京市社区培训学院的特色与定位研究

摘　　要：南京市社区培训学院依托南京电大的办学系统,努力构建以市、区、街道、社区为主线,"社会、学校、家庭"三位一体的社区教育体系,建立了"南京学习在线"数字化学习平台,提供"人人皆学、时时能学、处处可学"的学习支持服务,形成了自身特色,并取得了一定的成效。文章提出了南京市社区培训学院的定位以及未来构想。The building of learning-based city depends on the building of learning organization. In order to build a learning-based society conceived by the Nanjing government, the Nanjing Educational Bureau has set up the community training college. Supported by the Nanjing TVU＇ s school system, the community training college has built a educational system, which mainly focuses on the city, region, street and community with ＂society, school and family＂ of ＂Nanjing online study＂ is under way so that Therefore the educational equality and rolled into one. The building of a digital platform everyone can study at any time and in everywhere a harmonious society could be achieved.
