摘　　要：以钟山职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对专业培养目标、课程设置、专业建设、师资队伍、学生素质等方面进行调查,从外部及学校两个角度分析影响人才培养质量的因素,提出提高人才培养质量的相关策略。The thesis makes surveys and analyses in five aspects such as training objective, curriculum setting, specialty construction, teaching staff and students＇ quality, adopting research methods of questionnaire and inter- view with the students majoring in elderly service and management in Zhongshan Vocational College as its survey re- spondents. It analyzes the factors affecting the quality of professionals training and puts forward the corresponding strategies.
