摘  要:基于富氧燃烧条件下,对流受热面的换热特点,建立了锅炉单相受热管的动态特性数学模型,以Matlab/Simulink为开发平台,利用S-Function模块中的Cmex-S函数、模块封装等基本方法建立了仿真算法模块。以某300 MW锅炉的再热系统为研究对象,分别在空气气氛下以及O2/CO2=30/70气氛下进行了蒸汽入口流量、温度,烟气入口流量、温度扰动的仿真实验。结果表明:富氧气氛下再热汽温的动态变化整体趋势与空气气氛相似,但富氧条件下动态响应的时间以及幅度发生了变化,对富氧气氛下再热系统优化设计和运行控制有重要参考作用。Based on the heat transfer characteristics of the oxygen-enriched combustion boiler's convective heat surface, this paper established a dynamic mathematical model for signal-phase heat exchanger pipe under the oxygenenriched combustion , and an algorithms-library being built on the platform of Matlab/Simulink software integrated with Cmex-S function and module packaging etc. The simulation tests for the reheated steam system of a 300 MW boiler were made respectively in air and O2/CO2 = 30/70 atmosphere under the 5% disturbance of steam entrance flow and flue-gas flow. The results show that the reheated steam temperature dynamic change trend under oxygenenriched atmosphere is similar with air atmosphere, but due to the different flue-gas properties, the dynamic response time under oxygen-enriched condition is cutting short, the study will take a important rule to the reheat system optimization design and operation control under the oxygen-enriched combustion atmosphere.
