摘　　要：给出了半环上矩阵的行秩、列秩与沙因秩的概念,并讨论了矩阵的一些性质,证明了半环上正则矩阵的行秩、列秩与沙因秩相等,同时证明半环上的可逆矩阵必满秩.The definition of the row rank, the column rank and the schein rank of matrices over a semiring were given. Their relations and properties were studied, and they were proved to be identical for regular matrix over a semiring. Also, it is proved that the invertible matrices over semiring was full rank.
